Mil-Spec Testing and Reporting

  We have a variety of equipment to provide accurate testing and reporting for surface preparation and painting. Whether it is a requirement for engineering purposes, or ensuring the correct spec is met for a specialized coating, we can provide you with the details that the project was done correctly. 

Testing includes:

- Test-Ex Mil-Spec Testing to show surface profile
- Weather conditions such as Relative Humidity, Steel Temperature, Air Temperature and Steel Temperature Dew Point.
- Date and time of blasting and finishing
- Batch Numbers on coatings
- List of Blast Media used

- SSPC Rating

- Information on testing equipment

Masking / Plugging

We have a wide selection of masking and plugging equipment to protect product. Threads, machined surfaces, tags and any other area you need protected will be safe from blasting and coatings.
